Explore Tuscany
SEPTEMBER 23-28th
A Women’s Retreat in the Heart of Italy
I’m so excited to be hosting this retreat alongside the marvelous
Marta from Grapefruit Retreats
Your Tuscan Home
Nestled in the rolling hills of Tuscany, Podere Trafonti is the kind of place that instantly slows your heartbeat.
Stone walls warmed by the sun. Cypress trees lining the roads. Golden-hour dinners outdoors. Mornings that begin with birdsong and espresso.
This is not a crowded resort or a tourist-heavy itinerary.
It’s intimate, personal, and deeply Italian.
What Your Days Will Feel Like
Morning Rituals
Each morning begins with meditation and gentle flow yoga accessible to all levels.
No intimidating classes.
No pressure to perform.
Just intentional movement, breath, and grounding practices designed to help you reconnect with yourself and set the tone for the day ahead.
Imagine practicing yoga while overlooking the Tuscan countryside with the scent of rosemary and lavender in the air.
The World of Bees & Honey Tasting
One of the most special experiences of the retreat is our immersive introduction to the fascinating world of bees.
Antonella, the owner of Podere Trafonti and an organic beekeeper, will guide us through a curated honey tasting where you’ll discover the subtle flavors, aromas, and traditions behind artisanal Tuscan honey.
Then, you’ll suit up and observe the bees up close at the hive — a rare and unforgettable experience that offers a deeper connection to nature, community, and the rhythms of the land.
Tiramisu the Family Way
One afternoon, you’ll learn the treasured tiramisu recipe that has been passed down through generations in my family.
No tourist cooking class.
No staged experience.
Just an authentic Italian tradition shared around the table the way it should be: with laughter, espresso, and probably a little too much mascarpone.
And because no Italian gathering is complete without it…
Yes, there will be an Aperol Spritz happy hour — the Italian way.
Medieval Villages & Wine Tasting
We’ll explore breathtaking UNESCO-protected medieval villages where life still moves at a slower pace.
Think cobblestone streets, hidden wine bars, tiny artisan shops, centuries-old architecture, and views that make you stop mid-sentence.
We’ll also visit a local winery for an unforgettable Tuscan wine tasting experience, where you’ll sip exceptional wines produced by the people who know these lands best.
And you’ll experience it without rushing through it.
The Experience
This retreat is intentionally designed to feel effortless.
Every reservation, transfer, activity, and detail has already been thoughtfully curated for you by someone local who deeply understands both Tuscany and the women this experience was created for.
You do not need to research.
You do not need to organize.
You do not need to make decisions all day.
Your only responsibility here is to enjoy yourself.
